DPDP Shield was created because Indian SMEs deserve compliance tools that actually understand Indian law — not repackaged GDPR software.
The Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 came into force with penalties up to ₹250 crore. Most Indian SMEs have no idea where they stand. Existing compliance tools are either built for GDPR, priced for enterprises, or require expensive consultants. We built DPDP Shield to change that.
Innovation built on regulatory realities

Public portal with OTP verification, tracking the legal 48-hour advance erasure notice (Rule 8), DPO details (Rule 9), and 90-day SLA (Rule 14(3)).
Registers processors, tracks signed DPAs, and computes Section 8(2) compliance live from active data instead of static self-reports.
